FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Fort Myers Police Department has issued a silver alert for a missing 70-year-old woman.
Police say Susanne Joan Shrout was reported missing by her daughter. Her neighbors last saw her on October 17th, and she last spoke with her daughter on the same day.
Shrout has Polio and has been diagnosed with multiple personality disorder. Her daughter says her mother has been driving away from her home and then calls her to find her way back home.
Shrout is described as a white female about 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 200 pounds. She has black hair, blue eyes, and needs crutches to walk with one leg shorter than the other.
